MEMBERSHIP

Yoo2Be Networking has a 1 seat policy where only one business owner per profession can join a group. Membership is gained by joining a home group meeting; A Home group is the members’ regular meeting.  It is the business that joins a Yoo2Be Networking group, if a business wants to attend another group regularly and make that a home group also, then another membership must be purchased for that group. All groups are monitored for member numbers and that they are at an acceptable level to give value to the group, if numbers are low below 10 members with no signs of growing, the group will be closed, this is for the benefit of the member to ensure that they receive value for membership. If a group is closed the member can join another Yoo2Be Networking group of their choice. Where their profession is vacant.  There are no membership refunds given if a group must be closed. Once a member of Yoo2Be Networking, the yearly renewal cost. Yearly membership renewal is a rolling payment every 12 months, this will be taken automatically from the card details you have provided on the membership payment page of the website, this is to reduce admin costs. If you do not wish to renew your membership, you must cancel your membership in writing 30 days before your membership renewal is due. You will be advised of your renewal date by email 60 days before your renewal date. Failure to cancel within the timeframe will mean full membership cost will be taken from your card details, if you cancel after this there will be a £50 administration charge.

The member is encouraged to have a meeting representative (Rep), represent them at a meeting as many times as they wish if they cannot make the meeting themselves.  All members must attend 4 meetings in any one quarter, or their seat will be opened up to another business owner in their profession. The member of Yoo2Be Networking agrees to pay for 26 or 50 meetings a year by monthly standing order, on the 1st of each month, this is due whether the member is attending the meeting or not, this payment will pay for the members rep if they cannot attend a meeting. There are no refunds at any time on membership fees or meeting fees. Under any circumstances.

 

The member must have paid their monthly standing order meeting fees in order to attend their group meetings. Yoo2Be Networking reserves the right to deny a member access to a meeting where they have not paid their meeting standing order before the first meeting of the month. The member agrees that the membership fees have been explained to them.  All meeting fees cover the cost of the meeting and the venue. Food and refreshments are an extra provided free, if provided by that group. All venues hosting Yoo2Be meetings differ and therefore so will the food on offer and the standard of the meeting room. The meeting fee is for the opportunity to be involved in the Yoo2Be Networking meeting format to meet contacts, generate business leads and referrals and help with your business growth. Yoo2Be Networking takes no responsibility for the standard of food presented or standard of meeting room, this is the responsibility of individual group Advisory Teams. If you the member are not happy with the standard of food or room, you should bring it to the attention of your group Operations Officer.   All membership levels and rewards are held by the member for the life of their membership and during this time cannot go down any levels.  All membership levels and rewards are surrendered by the member if the member terminates their membership. Yoo2Be Networking has the right to change Membership pricing, membership levels and membership rewards at their discretion. If the member re – joins Yoo2Be Networking the member re – joins back at the entry level.

 

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT

The payment for Yoo2Be membership is a full whole payment or consecutive monthly payments and membership does not start, neither can a new member attend any meeting until payment for membership has been made. Members who pay by monthly instalments of their membership fee, if choosing this method of payment are bound by a minimum of 12 monthly payments regardless of whether they leave Yoo2Be Networking before the 12 months expire. If a member leaves and fails to pay the minimum 12 months, a £100 administration charge will be added to the remaining total, which will be requested through legal representation.

Payments will be paid via the membership payment page of the Yoo2Be Networking website by Card. The member will be given 60 days prior notice to their membership renewal date.

 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

A member can cancel their membership at any time, Yoo2Be Networking can cancel a member’s membership at any time, there is no refund under any circumstances for cancelled membership. A member can cancel their membership before renewal but must give 30 days’ notice to cancel in writing, the address to write to is at the bottom of these T’s & C’s. Any membership cancelled under the 30 day cancellation period will incur a £50 administration charge taken from any refund due or if the refund is less the administration charge, it will be requested from the member. Yoo2Be Networking will close any group at their discretion after 6 months, if that group has not reached an acceptable number of 10+ members in the group. There will be no refund of membership and all members of the group will be offered a transfer to another Home group. If that group is an Established group, then the members membership will start to countdown immediately.

 

ACCESS RESTRICTIONS AND TERMINATION

Yoo2Be Networking has the right at any time without notice and for any reason, to deny a member access to the Yoo2Be Networking website or terminate a member’s membership.  The member agrees that Yoo2Be Networking can delete, edit, lock, move or remove any content from the website without notice and for any reason and/or to record the I.P address from which any content is posted, uploaded or displayed without notice and for any reason, (including without limitation) content which is in breach of these terms.

 

If this happens the member will not be entitled to a refund of any amount corresponding to the unexpired portion of their membership, if their membership is terminated or if access to the website and/or any Yoo2Be Networking meeting is restricted, suspended or terminated.

 

INDEMNITY AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

Use of the website and the networking service is at the members own risk.  Both are provided “as is” basis. The member is responsible for how they interact with other users of the website and the networking service.

 

Yoo2Be Networking disclaims all liability whatsoever whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) as a result of or in connection with the website and/or the networking service including and inclusive of meetings, for any economic loss, loss of goodwill or reputation, or special or indirect or consequential loss or otherwise and all implied warranties, terms and conditions relating to the website and the networking service are hereby excluded. Yoo2Be Networking accepts no responsibility for any loss of earnings, loss of goodwill or reputation, cancelled work, relationship behaviour, loss or damage sustained by the member as a result, directly or indirectly arising out of:

 

  1. The conduct of any user of the website, social media platforms or at group meetings.

 

  1. Any technical or other failure of the website.

 

  1. Your attendance at events and meetings with other users of the website and the networking service. Yoo2Be Networking does not provide any warranty as to the fitness or otherwise of members, the venue nor the owner and/or operator of the venue at which Yoo2Be Networking meetings take place.

 

  1. Any dealings that the members have with any users of the website and/or the networking service, including meetings.

 

  1. Any subsequent arrangements, contracts, agreements or business relationships that the members enter into with any person (whether a member or otherwise) as a result of or facilitated by the members use of the website or the networking service, including meetings.

 

If Yoo2Be Networking is found to be liable to the member directly or indirectly in relation to the website or the networking service, that liability shall be limited to the member payment plan at the time.  Nothing in these terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.  The member agrees to indemnify us in full and on demand against any loss, damage, costs or expenses which we suffer or incur directly or indirectly as a result of the members use of the website and the networking service.

 

Yoo2Be Networking may update these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion.  Amended terms shall become effective as soon as they are placed upon the website and/or given to the member and your continuous use of the website and the networking service constitutes acceptance by the member of the updated terms.

 

MEMBERSHIP PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION

All membership data is collected and stored securely, which is encrypted, and password protected. By paying your Membership  you are agreeing to and bound by these terms and conditions, you agree to your business and personal data being collected and stored by Yoo2Be Networking and 3rd parties working with Yoo2Be Networking, you agree to being contacted by Yoo2Be Networking and Yoo2Be Networking members via email (Yoo2Be Networking or a 3rd party partnered with Yoo2Be Networking, such as Mailchimp), text, social media and messaging. We take the GDPR law very seriously and will do everything possible to keep your information when using the website secure and safe. We ask that when using the Yoo2Be Website that you do the same, think security and safety of the members who also use our website. Any member found to be using the Yoo2Be Networking website in an unsecure, unethical way, will be removed from the website, have their login taken away and their Yoo2Be Networking membership will be terminated with immediate effect. If you are not happy for Yoo2Be Networking to store your data or for Yoo2Be Networking or their 3rd party partners to contact you as stated, then you must terminate your membership as stated to Yoo2Be Networking in writing.
